Always store t ea in an airtight container protected from bright light to preserve freshness The Bout A Bean Team FOR HOT TEA: Use a Rounded Teaspoon of Tea Leaves to Each 8 oz. of Freshly Boiled Water Allow Tea to Steep for At least 4 Minutes up to 6 Minutes To Extract Full Flavor Milk and Sugar May Be added To Taste To Most Teas FOR ICED TEA: Use 7 to 8 Heaping Teaspoons of Loose Tea for Each Quart of Iced Tea Pour 2 Cups Boiling Water onto Tea. Steep 5 to 6 minutes. Add 2 Cups Cold Water To Serving Pitcher. Strain Brewed Tea into Cool Water.
